Sales and Marketing Manager at Afrihood Development Company

Job Summary:

• We are seeking a highly extroverted, energetic, and intelligent Sales and Marketing Manager to join our executive team.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through securing new affiliates, investors, and buyers for our products, bonds, equity, properties, and lands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Secure new affiliates to market Afrihood products
• Secure new investors to purchase Afrihood bonds and equity
• Secure new buyers for Afrihood's properties and lands
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve business objectives
• Conduct market research and analyze competitor activity
• Manage and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including partners, investors, and customers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth
• Develop and manage marketing budgets and campaigns
• Monitor and report on marketing performance and ROI

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
• Proven experience in marketing management (at least 5 years)
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM, social media management)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Postgraduate degree in Marketing or a related field
• Experience in real estate or infrastructural development marketing
• Professional certification in marketing (e.g., CIM, Google Analytics)
