Sales and Marketing Executive at Esporta Suites Hotel and Resorts Ltd

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with clients, travel agents, and corporate partners.
• Promote the hotel’s services, packages, and special offers through digital and traditional marketing channels.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Manage social media platforms and assist in creating engaging promotional content.
• Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in hotel sales and marketing (preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media management.
• Goal-oriented, creative, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Salary
N200,000 monthly.
