    Sales and Marketing Executive

    Job Summary

    • The Sales and Marketing Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth and enhancing brand visibility in the market.
    • The role involves developing and executing effective marketing strategies, managing customer relationships, and ensuring the successful promotion and distribution of Erisco Food products. 
    • This position requires a highly motivated individual with a strong background in sales, marketing, and customer service.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Sales & Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase product visibility, market share, and revenue.
    • Market Analysis: Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities and optimize marketing efforts.
    • Brand Promotion: Design and execute brand promotion campaigns to build strong brand awareness and attract potential customers.
    • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and retailers.
    • Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets by promoting Erisco Food products to new and existing clients.
    • Product Launches: Support new product launches and ensure a smooth transition from product development to market entry.
    • Reporting & Feedback: Regularly report on sales and marketing performance and provide insights to senior management for continuous improvement.
    • Collaborative Efforts: Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Distribution teams to ensure the effective execution of campaigns and strategies.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the food or FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry.
    • Strong knowledge of market research, sales strategies, and customer relationship management.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to think creatively and strategically.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
    • A passion for food and the food processing industry.
