    Sales and Marketing Executive

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Analyse market trends and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
    • Collaborate with the creative team to design compelling marketing materials and campaigns.
    • Track and report on campaign performance metrics to measure effectiveness and ROI.
    • Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote our brand.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 1 – 2 years proven experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in the Marketing and Advertising industry.
    • Strong understanding of various marketing and sales techniques, including digital marketing.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and colleagues.
    • Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools to assess market trends and campaign performance.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment while managing multiple projects.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a results-oriented mindset.
