Responsibilities
Leads Generation and Pipeline Management:

• Proactively identify and cultivate leads for real estate sales and investment opportunities.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.

Sales Targets Achievement:

• Set and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for both property sales and investment products.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their investment needs and recommend suitable real estate opportunities.

Client Relationship Management:

• Foster strong relationships with existing clients and prospects.
• Provide personalized advice on real estate investment options based on individual financial goals.

Market Research and Trends:

• Stay informed about market trends, property values, and investment opportunities.
• Analyze market data to guide investment decisions.

Negotiation and Closing:

• Skillfully negotiate terms, prices, and contracts for property sales and investment transactions.
• Ensure smooth closings for both buyers and investors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Commercial Investment Member, Real Estate Salesperson License) are advantageous.
• At least 3 years of combined experience in real estate sales and investment advisory.

Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM tools such as excel, powerpoint, word and sales software.
• Understanding of investment vehicles (e.g., REITs, direct ownership).
• Results-oriented and self-motivated.
