Data2Bots, an IT consulting firm, is looking to engage a strategic and high performing Sales and Growth Specialist to improve sales and drive the expansion of the Data2Bots Academy Value Stream.
The Data2Bots Academy is a learning and development platform, where people are trained on in-demand data skills.
To be successful in this role, you should demonstrate extensive experience and knowledge in B2C sales and growth.
Responsibilities
Support the team to ensure that Data2bots Academy is on top of its game with its strategic innovation.
Support the team to create a detailed plan on how each initiative will be implemented.
Make calls to prospective and potential students, educate them about the Data2bots Academy and our courses with the goal of converting them to paying customers
Collaborate with the Sales and Growth Manager to develop and execute sales strategies aimed at achieving revenue generation.
Monitoring revenue streams and identifying opportunities to increase profitability.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive lead generation and networking
Develop a database of current and prospective clients
Developing client relationships and strengthening industry partnerships.
Identifying new B2B and B2C clients by researching and creating networking opportunities.
Negotiating and closing business deals that promote sustained revenue.
Analyze sales performance metrics, generate reports and provide regular updates to your manager.
Build and maintain a comprehensive and organized client database using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
Regularly review and analyze key performance metrics to measure progress and identify areas for improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless execution of sales and growth initiatives.
Skills, Qualifications And Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in any Business related field or Marketing, or similar.
Previous experience as a Growth Associate, Sales and Growth Specialist or in Business Development in an Edtech company is a plus
Advanced knowledge of B2C sales and growth strategy.
Experience in identifying profitable B2C sales opportunities and potential customers.
Strong understanding of the sales process and excellent at leads generation.
Strategic thinker with the capacity to identify opportunities, analyze challenges and propose innovative solutions.
Proficiency in using CRM software or sales analytics tools such as Zoho, Salesforce etc
Ability to maintain strong customer relationships and establish industry partnerships.
Self motivated and proactive individual who thrives in a fast paced dynamic environment.
Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain meaningful relationships
