    Sales and Business Development Manager

    Role Description

    • This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Business Development Manager at Cirvee in Ibadan.
    • The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving growth through sales strategies.
    • The Sales and Business Development Manager will be responsible for meeting sales targets, creating proposals, and collaborating with the marketing team.

    Qualifications

    • Develop and secure strategic partnerships to enhance Cirvee’s network and reach.
    • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective lead generation and conversion.
    • Craft persuasive proposals to attract new business, partnerships, and grant opportunities.
    • Lead efforts to secure funding through grant applications and partnerships, supporting Cirvee’s growth and expansion goals.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns that drive visibility, engagement, and enrollments.
    • Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and identify new business opportunities.
    • Provide regular reports on sales metrics and growth progress to management.

    Key Qualifications

    • Proficiency in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management.
    • Experience in identifying new business opportunities and driving sales growth.
    • Skilled in proposal writing, presentation, and strategic planning.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and team collaboration skills.
    • Ability to work both independently and within a team.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
