RMNCH+N Advisor (Technical Assistance for Layering High Impact Interventions on G-ANC/PNC Platform for Improved Maternal and Newborn Outcomes Programme) at Options Consultancy Services Limited

Summary purpose and objective of role

• This role will be responsible for helping devise programme strategy together with other team members and external stakeholders, deciding on ways in which the GANC model can be rolled out further across the State and used as a platform on which to layer on other high-impact interventions to support the implementation and sustainability of the G-ANC/PNC platform in Kano state.

Person specification

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in public health, nursing, medicine, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in the design and implementation of RMNCAH+N programs.
• Significant experience in working with primary health care facilities and members of Ministries of Health and State Primary Health Care Development Agencies to improve RMNCAH+N outcomes. Strong knowledge of reproductive, maternal, newborn, child, and adolescent health issues and best practices.
• Management experience, including personnel and operational management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team.
