The role involves working closely with various departments to ensure that the organization's risk management policies and procedures are effectively implemented and maintained.
Responsibilities
Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential risks to the organisation's operations, assets and reputation.
Develop and update risk management policies and procedures and guidelines inline with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
Ensure that all risk management policies are communicated effectively to relevant stakeholders.
Ensure the organisation complies with all revelant regulations and standards related to risk management.
Prepare for and participate in internal and external audits related to risk management.
Conduct training sessions for employees on risk management policies, procedures and best practices.
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in social science/ Business Administration or related course
