About Company: Our client is a premium wine retail store located in Lagos (Ikoyi).

The Company is seeking to engage an experienced and dedicated store supervisor to manage our retail store. In this role, your duties will include overseeing all employees and finances, and controlling the quality of products and services.

Job Summary: The store supervisor would be responsible for overseeing all employees and finances, and controlling the quality of products and services rendered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing Salesperson, Cashiers and other employees.
• Evaluating the supply and availability of stocks.
• Implementing measures to avoid stock damages, theft and wastage.
• Addressing customers request, comment and complaints.
• Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information.
• Motivating employees to achieve target.
• Monitoring Product display and the general appearance of the store.
• Follow company process accurately and efficiently.

 Key Requirements:                                     

• OND/ HND in Business Administration or any other equivalent qualification.
• 4+ years’ work experience as a Retail supervisor or in similar roles
• Customer satisfaction-oriented
• Attention to detail.
• Demonstrable managerial competency.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with electronic equipment.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.

Compensation:

• Guranteed Base Pay- NGN 80,000: 00

• 13th Month and Leave allowance
