Requirements
Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in sales preferably in ISP
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Experience in client relationship management and new business development.
Responsibilities
Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying prospecting and closing deals with new and existing clients.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and market trends to effectively communicate the value of the company's products to customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients providing excellent customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly ensuring swift resolution to maintain positive relationships.
Identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory or market segment.
Conduct market research to stay informed about competitors and customer needs adapting sales strategies accordingly.
Prepare regular sales reports including activity logs pipeline status and revenue forecasts.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
