Requirements

• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in sales preferably in ISP
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in client relationship management and new business development.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying prospecting and closing deals with new and existing clients.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and market trends to effectively communicate the value of the company's products to customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients providing excellent customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly ensuring swift resolution to maintain positive relationships.
• Identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory or market segment.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about competitors and customer needs adapting sales strategies accordingly.
• Prepare regular sales reports including activity logs pipeline status and revenue forecasts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
