Job Summary

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and guiding them through their gifting experience. You will support sales, maintain a visually appealing retail space, and help ensure every customer leaves with a memorable impression of the brand.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers, offering product recommendations and gift styling support.
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system and handle payment methods confidently.
• Maintain store cleanliness, product displays, and visual merchandising standards.
• Restock shelves and support inventory management to ensure product availability.
• Handle customer inquiries, returns, and complaints with professionalism and care.
• Stay informed about current promotions, product offerings, and brand updates.
• Support in-store events, activations, and seasonal campaigns.
• Work with the team to meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets

Qualifications: 

• Minimum of a diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in retail, customer service, or a similar role.
• Experience with handling customer inquiries (online or in-person) is an advantage
