Restaurant Supervisor at Smart Partners

Location: Ikorodu, Lago

Responsibilities

• Manages the restaurant staff and bookings
• Attend to customers complaints and enquires
• Manages everything that goes in and comes out of a restaurant
• Ensure every activity runs smoothly and all amenities are well maintained.
• Ensure the restaurant ethics are well followed
• Ensure the staff are doing their work well and without downtime.

Requirements

• Minimum of HND Degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration.
• Must be a resident in Ikorodu or environs
• Must have good knowledge in food production, catering.
• Must have managedstaff in Restaurant or hotel.
• Good knowledge of restaurant activities..
• Knows every policy that guides the restaurant.
