Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site role for a Restaurant Supervisor, Content Creator, and Graphics Designer at Kada Plaza in Benin City.
• Responsibilities include overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high standard of food and beverage services.
• Additionally, you will be tasked with creating engaging content and designing visually compelling graphics to promote the business while contributing to its digital presence.
• The role requires collaboration with team members to improve workflow and elevate the customer experience.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills, including team management and leadership abilities
• Expertise in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Excellent Communication skills for interacting effectively with staff and customers
• Knowledge and experience in Food & Beverage operations and standards
• Proficiency in Content Creation and Graphic Design, using tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or related software
• Creativity and attention to detail for producing visually captivating promotional materials
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and adapt to fast-paced environments
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Design, or a relevant field is advantageous
