    Restaurant Manager / Shift Manager / Supervisor

    Role Overview

    • We are seeking experienced and results‑driven professionals to manage and support daily operations within our Quick Service Restaurant outlets on Lagos Island.
    • Successful candidates will be responsible for leading teams, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining operational standards, and driving efficiency across restaurant operations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service delivery
    • Supervise, motivate, and manage staff during assigned shifts or across the outlet
    • Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and safety
    • Ensure excellent customer service and prompt resolution of customer complaints
    • Support sales targets, cost control, and operational efficiency
    • Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and performance monitoring
    • Handle cash, POS transactions, and basic financial reporting as required
    • Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock control, and reduce wastage
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, QSR standards, and regulatory requirements
    • Support staff training, onboarding, and continuous development
    • Prepare daily or shift reports and escalate operational issues when necessary.

    Role Scope by Level:
    Restaurant Manager:

    • Full responsibility for outlet performance, profitability, and team leadership
    • Oversight of inventory, vendors, reporting, and compliance.

    Shift Manager:

    • Lead operations during assigned shifts
    • Supervise staff, manage service flow, and ensure shift targets are met.

    Supervisor:

    • Support daily operations and frontline staff
    • Monitor service quality, cleanliness, and food preparation standards.

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a QSR or fast‑paced restaurant environment
    • Proven leadership or supervisory experience preferred
    • Strong communication, organization, and people‑management skills
    • Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays
    • Customer‑focused mindset with problem‑solving ability
    • Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and operational standards
    • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
