Job Summary:

The Lounge & Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our lounge and restaurant, ensuring the highest standards of service, quality, and guest satisfaction. This role requires a hands-on leader with a passion for hospitality, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the lounge and restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, and training.
• Ensure exceptional guest service by maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness, and safety.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
• Monitor and control inventory, costs, and budgets.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to create and update menus.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Lounge & Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency in restaurant management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
