    We're searching for dynamic and experienced a Restaurant General Manager to oversee , invest in the magic happening at our full-service vibrant restaurants in Abuja and Ibadan.

    What You'll Do

    Operational Oversight: 

    • Own, lead, inspire and supervise operations. Manage all daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure smooth workflow and high standards.

    Team Leadership: 

    • Hire, train, schedule, and supervise staff. Create a positive work environment, motivate the team, and ensure exceptional customer service.

     Business Management:

    • Implement and enforce brand policies, SOPs, and quality standards. 
    • Manage inventory, order supplies, and vendor relationships.
    • Drive revenue and control costs, ensure profitability. 
    • Track expenses, monitor budgets, and analyze financial data to improve profitability.
    • Ensure compliance with company standards, as well as local health and safety regulations. Maintain impeccable standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.
    • Handle administrative tasks like payroll and reporting.

     Customer Service: 

    • Address customer complaints, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, and lead by example in delivering excellent service.

    Marketing and Sales: 

    • Drive marketing initiatives to increase customer traffic and sales.
    • Promote the restaurant within the local community and implementing marketing initiatives.

    What We're Looking For

    • A person with financial capacity, is willing to follow a proven system, and demonstrates commitment to long-term business growth.
    • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, preferably with multi-unit or diverse concept.
    • A natural leader with a passion for hospitality and a knack for problem-solving.
    • A deep understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations. 
    • Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems and other restaurant management software.
    • Financially responsible, strong accounting acumen and a solid understanding of restaurant P&L.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Committed to consistent customer service.
    • A proactive, hands-on manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

    Compensation and Benefits
