Resident Project Manager

Job Summary
- Are you a seasoned construction professional who knows how to take charge of a project site and drive delivery?
- We’re looking for an experienced Resident Project Manager / Site Project Manager to lead day-to-day site operations, coordinate contractors and technical teams, monitor project progress, resolve site challenges, and ensure work is delivered to approved drawings and specifications.
What we’re looking for
- Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field
- PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage.
- 8+ years experience in construction/project management
- Strong site-based project delivery experience
- Proven contractor & consultant coordination experience
- Ability to interpret architectural, structural, mechanical & electrical drawings
- Strong reporting, quality control & problem-solving skills.
