This is a full-time, on-site position for a Resident Control Officer located in Delta State, Nigeria.
The Resident Control Officer will be responsible for ensuring adherence to the company’s internal control systems, identifying risks, and monitoring compliance with operational policies and procedures.
Daily responsibilities include performing risk assessments, ensuring regulatory compliance, investigating anomalies, and preparing control reports.
The role will require close coordination with different departments to ensure risk mitigation and operational effectiveness.
Qualifications
Strong risk management and financial control skills, including proficiency in assessing risks, implementing control measures, and compliance monitoring.
Proficiency in audit processes, report preparation, and financial analysis.
Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with teams and stakeholders.
Sound knowledge of banking operations and regulatory frameworks.
A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Professional certifications such as ACA, ACCA, CIA, or related credentials are an advantage.
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high ethical standards.
