Description

• We are seeking an experienced Nigerian Chartered Accountant to join our team in Abuja, supporting our road and bridge construction operations.

What You’ll Do

• Manage day-to-day accounting, GL, and monthly/quarterly/annual closings
• Prepare financial statements in line with IFRS
• Handle construction project accounting, including IFRS 15 revenue recognition and cost variance tracking
• Oversee AP/AR, bank reconciliations, fixed assets, and materials/inventory accounting
• Ensure compliance with Nigerian tax laws and statutory requirements

Requirements

What You bring:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• ACA, ACCA, CMA, or CPA preferred
• 3–5 years post-qualification experience
• Construction industry experience is mandatory
• Strong IFRS knowledge and ERP proficiency (Odoo, SAP, Dynamics, Oracle, Sage, etc.)
• Advanced Excel skills.
