Request for Proposal for the Provision of Vehicle Rental Services - Alsar at Anchor for Life Support and Resilience

Purpose of this Request

ALSAR is hereby seeking proposal from interested and eligible companies to provide vehicle rental as provided in the scope of work below, in line with agreed service level standards and quality. The agreement shall be for the duration of one (1) year covering the vehicle rental services with the option of renewal subject to satisfactory and professional performance.

Vendors who have the necessary registrations, relevant experience and capacity to deliver the requested service(s), should send their financial quotation using the Standard Template for Submission of  the Financial compliance attached.

Bidders should have and provide evidence of the following:

• Detailed company profile with registered and viable physical addresses, functional email, telephone numbers and point of contact for the organization
• Evidence of company registration with Corporate Affairs Commission, including form CAC7 and CAC2;
• A valid copy of company’s Tax Identification Number (TIN) with evidence of registration with FIRS attached
• Tax clearance certificate for the last 3 years.
• A list of at least two (2) verifiable clients, preferably in the NGO/INGO sector and other reputable organizations equal in scope.
• At least Two (2) proofs of past experiences in the form of Service Agreement, Purchase Orders or Contracts on Vehicle Rental with NGOs/INGOs in North East Nigeria.
• Schedule of vehicle fleet, registration, vehicle model number and year supported with live pictures of the listed vehicles.
• Copy of valid vehicle registration documents of all listed vehicles (license and insurance, certificates of road worthiness and certificate of ownership).
• Provide fleet/vehicle management policy.
•  Interested Car Hire Company must provide daily rates for each vehicle listed above.
