• Building positive relationships with customers
• Sign on merchants on our SageCloud
• Sign on billers on our SageCloud
• Assist with generating new business
• Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively
• Promote high-quality sales, supply, and customer service processes
• Ensure that the billers and merchants signed uses the product
• Approach potential customers to establish relationships
• Gain solid knowledge of competitors.

Requirements

• B.Sc / HND in Sales / Marketing or related disciplines
• 3 years relevant banking experience
• A fluent English speaker with exceptional communication skills-Oral and Written
• Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Track record of over-achieving sales targets
• Draft clear reports and keep accurate records.
