Relationship Officer
- Job Type Full Time

Location: Ibadan, Oyo

Job Descriptions
- Sales of terminals (MPOS and POS)
- Ensure all terminals under your purview are active
- Drive transactions volumes on the terminals.
- Provide first level support (enquiries, complaints, dispute resolution etc.) to the agents / aggregators ensuring their issues get resolved.
- Ensure profiling of terminals.
- Other duties as assigned by your supervisor.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND qualification
- Minimum of 1 year experience working with a fintech firm with demonstrable evidence of consistently meeting sales targets.
- Detailed and target oriented
- Good team spirit
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
