    Relationship Manager - SME

    Koins Bank, a member of Primera Africa Group, is a fully licensed microfinance bank dedicated to providing innovative financial solutions to businesses and individuals. Our goal is to enhance financial inclusion by offering a comprehensive suite of services tailored to meet the diverse needs of our clients.

    We are hiring a Relationship Manager- SME to manage our clients.

    Roles & Responsibilities

    • Sell loans to SME clients
    • Ensure clients make repayments on their loans when due
    • Create a robust sales lead generation pipeline
    • Convert leads to sales
    • Meet assigned sales target
    • Ensure prompt service delivery and maintain an acceptable turnaround and time
    • Advise clients on new products and services and drive the adoption of same
    • Effectively manage relationships with all clients
    • Give support to Team Lead

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience
    • Degree in related field
    • Great communication skills
    • Ability to negotiate
