    Relationship Manager – Investment Banking

    Summary

    • The ideal candidate will possess extensive financial industry experience and demonstrate strong expertise in managing client relationships, originating, and executing investment banking transactions. The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through client acquisition, deal origination, and strategic engagement with key stakeholders.

    Key Responsibilities

    Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

    • Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with Corporates, High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs), Public Sector institutions, and other key stakeholders to support long-term business growth.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and satisfaction.

    Business Development & Deal Origination

    • Identify and evaluate investment banking opportunities, including capital raising, debt structuring, and advisory mandates, in line with the firm’s growth objectives.
    • Support execution of complex financial transactions, including due diligence, documentation, and negotiations.

    Strategic Engagement

    • Develop and implement client engagement strategies to enhance the firm’s market positioning.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver tailored financial solutions that meet client needs.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, ACCA) will be an added advantage.
    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or related financial services.
    • Strong understanding of financial products, capital markets, and investment banking processes.
    • Proven track record of managing high-value client relationships and originating investment banking transactions.
    • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
