Relationship Manager (Depozit Mobilizer)

Description
- Grow the existing fixed investment portfolio in line with the company’s objectives
- Identify, develop and cultivate relationships with customers within the company’s target market
- Ensure compliance with related policies especially KYC policy
- Recommend products and services to improve client experience and retention
- Analyse industry trends with attention to competitors
- Prepare call memos and client engagement reports
- Manage a team of Business Development Associates
QUALIFICATIONS
- Prior experience in Business Development in a financial institution.
- Exceptional leadership, effective sales and negotiation skills.
- Must have managed HNI relationships in the past.
- Must be self-driven and result oriented
