    Regional Team Lead

     leader in the FCMG industry is looking for a detail-oriented Regional Team Lead on our team to manage our Brands and projects.

    Responsibilities:

    • Training ADEs on our merchandising Standards.
    • Engage and negotiate for shelf space and secondary display space
    • Share targets with the team and work towards achievement of set targets.
    • Check on Catman execution (share of shelf, brand merchandising and clear pricing on shelf)
    • Check on planogram adherence (Brands are well merchandised in block formation, Cooler well merchandised as per segment planogram.
    • Ensure all on-going promotions are active and well communicated to the outlets and consumers
    • Conduct sales callage to all outlets in region to ensure execution standards are in place.
    • Share competition activity with the company
    • Share feedback on matters arising from trade that need urgent attention.
    • Share trade insights.
    • Serve as the lead point for account and also a link between account branches and the company.
    • Identify opportunity in trade, generate orders and communicate to account manage for fulfilment
    • Managing relationship at branch level to manage relationships with branch managers, mitigate against product expiry and be integral to effectively manage and reconcile product returns.
    • Is accountable to delivery of regional sales targets

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Retails Sales management or any related field, with minimum of two years practical experience in retail and customer service specialization.
    • An outstanding supervisory experience.
    • Prior experience in utilization of computer programs such as MS outlook and MS office.
    • Demonstration of positive team player spirit and cooperative sales skills within the organization.
    • Conversant with all retail principles, which is needed to process sales operations precisely at events and in the store.
    • Ability to direct and be a mentor on the sales ground by actively working to attain everyday sales objectives.
