Regional Sales Manager (West & North) at Ekini White Tulip Consulting Limited

The Role

The successful candidates have and own responsibility for:

• Sales
• Business development and demand generation
• Market share growth and trade marketing for the assigned territory.

Specifics of the role include:

• Customer / territory management
• Field force leadership
• Supervision / management, as well as
• Market / marketing development and activities.

Qualifications & Requirements

• B.Pharm Degree or equivalent. Possession of an MBA a definite advantage
• 2 - 3 years experience team-leadership, including multinational and indigenous-concerns work- environment. Candidates currently holding similar in the respective geopolitical zone of Nigeria are preferred
• Demonstrable experience in managing a sales team of not less than 10
• Positive track-record superior sales and marketing performance. Must have strong hospital and ethical brand –awareness/marketing experience
• Problem-solver, result-oriented, self-directed and self-motivated self-starter
• Trustworthy and honest

Compensation

• Attractive, above industrial average and depends on experience and records of performance, with the usual perks and tools available to pharma sales managers in Nigeria.
