Regional Sales Manager - River

Our client offers culinary solutions in several countries of Europe and Africa.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow regional sales teams and distributors.
- Execute sales strategy and hit volume, value, and territory expansion targets.
- Conduct regular team reviews and coaching to ensure performance delivery.
- Maintain strong relationships with key customers and local stakeholders.
- Report on sales trends, competitor activity, and market dynamics
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Years of experience in FMCG or structured B2B sales.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Port Harcourt.
- Experience with structured teams and distributor-led models.
