Job Description

• To support the achievement of NSIA’s Sales/Marketing strategy through the development new businesses and retention of existing businesses.
• Develop relationships with customers to ensure efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction is achieved.
• Ensure retention of existing businesses through implementation of customer service retention schemes
• Review market research to determine opportunities that exist and ways to capitalize on them
• Development of new business leads and prospects
• Follow through with to ensure that all required documents are provided for operations, relevant insurance documents are delivered to customers and claims payment are followed through
• Reconciliation of accounts with brokers, credit control and finance

Requirements

• First Degree in any discipline Relevant Experience
• Two (2) years post NYSC experience Professional Qualification
• Membership of CIIN
• Bancassurance Certification
• Agent proficiency Certification Knowledge and Skills
• Public speaking experience
• Experience selling products that are not fast moving consumer goods.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Experience around creating and delivering presentations tailored to the audience need
