Regional Manager - Mobile Money Operations at Outsource Nigeria

Job Summary

• The Lagos RM will drive business growth across the Lagos region by managing field agents, building partnerships, and ensuring service availability.
• The role includes oversight of agent onboarding, monitoring transaction volumes, and delivering regional KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead agent recruitment, activation, and performance monitoring.
• Ensure availability and uptime of services across agent locations.
• Drive transaction growth and agent profitability across Lagos.
• Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with CBN regulations and company standards.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to execute regional campaigns.
• Lead, coach, and supervise the regional sales and support teams.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in mobile money, agency banking, or fintech operations.
• Strong leadership and territory management skills.
• Proven ability to grow and manage distributed teams.
