    Regional Community Manager

    Role Purpose

    • The Regional Community Manager (RCM) owns regional execution of OmniClub growth through a scalable CAM workforce. The RCM is supported by regional COEs for recruitment and daily work tracking, while the central team handles training design, payroll, and performance frameworks. The RCM’s mandate is Build productive capacity and convert it into consistent membership delivery.

    Operating Model (Clarity of Ownership)

    RCM + Regional COEs (Execution Owners)

    • Agent & CAM recruitment (regional sourcing and screening)
    • On-ground onboarding and activation
    • Daily agent/CAM work tracking and follow-ups
    • Field-level coaching and productivity enforcement
    • Area-wise deployment and coverage management

    Central Team (Enablement Owners)

    • Training content and certification frameworks
    • Payroll processing and payouts
    • Performance logic, dashboards, and incentive rules
    • SOPs, PIP frameworks, and compliance standards

    The RCM is accountable for results, regardless of enablement support.

    Key Responsibilities

    Workforce Build & Activation

    • Build and manage a strong pipeline of agents and CAMs across assigned areas.
    • Work with regional COEs to ensure fast recruitment and zero onboarding delays.
    • Ensure every agent/CAM is fully active within defined timelines.

    Productivity & Daily Execution

    • Ensure all agents deliver a minimum of 5 verified OmniClub members per month.
    • Drive daily task tracking via regional COEs (leads, visits, follow-ups, onboarding).
    • Identify non-performers early and take corrective action swiftly.

    Regional Governance

    • Ensure strict adherence to SOPs, KYC quality, and compliance norms.
    • Coordinate with central teams to resolve training, payout, or system blockers.
    • Maintain clean, auditable regional performance data.

    Growth Ownership

    • Own region-wise membership growth numbers.
    • Ensure growth is repeatable and not dependent on a few individuals.
