Organize work schedules for all refrigeration and air-conditioning equipment.
Allocate subordinates for servicing, maintenance and replacing of R&A equipment.
Supervise subordinates to ensure jobs are carried out effectively.
Provide daily information on completed work, work in progress and pending jobs.
Schedule quarterly preventive maintenance of R&A equipment.
Supervise staff in air conditioning and refrigerating unit.
Read sketches, schematics and wiring diagrams.
Carry out work on VRV or VRF air-conditioning system.
Monitor and update inventory of spare parts.
Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the Supervisor.
Requirements
QUALIFICATION:
HND/BSc in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or any other related field. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of two (2) years’ experience performing a similar role in a well-structured environment.
COMPETENCIES:
The ideal candidate must:
Be a computer literate.
Have good knowledge of cooling system.
Have ability to read and interpret detailed engineering drawings.
Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
