Recruitment/Welfare Officer at Lorache Consulting Limited

Job Description:

• Helping the company attract candidates by promotingjob opportunities through the use of social media and other tactics
• Interviewing and screening applicant to determine whether they are ualified for a position.
• Participating in hiring decisions with HR manager or supervisor
• Conducting reference checks on candidates to ensure they have good work experience and ethics for the job.
• Recommending candidates for hiring based on their qualifications, skills and compatibility with the company culture
• To look after the employees engagement calender
• Updating of the notice board and miscellaneous services, awareness sessions, counselling to workers.
• Upkeep of all records related to welfare and trainng.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Recruitment officer
• Must be a graduate
• Professional Certification in HR will be an added advantage.
