Recruiter Support Intern at Terawork

Role Overview

We are seeking a Recruiter Intern to support the Talent Acquisition team across sourcing, screening, and recruitment coordination activities. This role provides hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment processes, ideal for individuals looking to build a career in HR or Talent Acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Support recruiters in sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Assist with CV screening and shortlisting based on job requirements.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers.
• Post job openings and manage responses across recruitment channels.
• Support background checks, documentation, and onboarding processes.
• Prepare recruitment reports and hiring status updates as required.
• Participate in recruitment meetings and learn client or hiring manager requirements.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
