We are looking for a Recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting new people frequently and have an ability to determine a candidate's potential. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned targets.
Responsibilities
Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc
Conduct interviews virtually or in-person
Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
Serve as contact person for questions from candidates
Meet weekly targets related to calls and emails
Providing recruitment reports to team managers
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field
