Job Description

• We are looking for a Recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees.
• The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting new people frequently and have an ability to determine a candidate's potential. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned targets. 

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc
• Conduct interviews virtually or in-person
• Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
• Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
• Serve as contact person for questions from candidates
• Meet weekly targets related to calls and emails
• Providing recruitment reports to team managers

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field
• 3+ years experience as a recruiter
• Effective communication skills
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with ATS systems
• High-energy and passion
• Demonstrated ability to meet targets.
