What you’ll do:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
• Source candidates 
• Conduct interviews 
• Collaborate with hiring managers tdefine job requirements and create JD
• Conduct verifications & background checks
• Assist with other duties as assigned.

Key qualifications:

• Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 3 - 5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in Oil & Gas / Marine sectors
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and ATS systems
