    Receptionists

    EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

    • OND, HND, or BSc in Hospitality Management,
    • Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.

    WORK EXPERIENCE

    • Minimum of 2 years in hotel reception, front office operations, or customer service.

    ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

    • Computer literacy and familiarity with hotel reservation systems.
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
    • Professional appearance and good interpersonal skills.
