    Receptionist

    Role Overview:

    • We are looking for a reliable and highly organized Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for the company, while also supporting the HR and Finance departments in day-to-day administrative and clerical tasks.
    • This dual role requires a professional, discreet, and detail-oriented individual who can multitask effectively and maintain a high level of confidentiality.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Reception Duties:

    • Greet and attend to visitors and clients professionally.
    • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and emails.
    • Receive, log, and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
    • Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area.
    • Manage visitor logs and issue visitor passes.

    Administrative Support:

    • Order and manage office supplies and maintain inventory records.
    • Liaise with vendors and service providers for office-related needs.
    • Coordinate meeting logistics, bookings, and travel arrangements.
    • Perform any other duties as assigned by HR or Finance supervisors
    • Support the preparation of employee documentation (e.g. leave forms, ID cards).
    • Track staff attendance and submit monthly updates to HR.

    Finance Support Duties:

    • Assist with documentation for payment processing
    • Support petty cash handling and expense reporting.
    • Help with sorting and preparing payment vouchers and receipts.
    • Maintain confidentiality of financial documents and transactions.

    Qualifications:

    • OND/HND/B.Sc. in Business Administration, Accounting, HR Management, or related field.
    • This position is open to female applicants only.
    • Must maintain a professional and polished appearance at all times.
    • Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant experience in a similar dualrole capacity.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Applicants must reside within a commutable distance to Ikeja
