    Chief Executive Officer

    Job Overview:

    The CEO will be responsible for setting and executing the strategic direction of HandyPros, ensuring operational excellence while driving revenue growth and market positioning. This role requires a dynamic leader with a strong network across various industries who can forge strategic partnerships, advocate for the company at the governmental level, and enhance HandyPros' visibility and investment potential.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Strategic Leadership

    • Vision Development: Establish and communicate a clear vision for HandyPros, aligning operational strategies with organizational goals.
    • Market Positioning: Position HandyPros as a leader in the ServiTech space through branding, marketing, and strategic outreach to ensure visibility in key industry circles.

    Revenue Generation

    • Project Revenue: Lead initiatives to drive revenue growth across all business modules (B2C, B2B, HandyPros Hospitality, HandyPros Studios, and Training Rooms).
    • Investment Opportunities: Identify and pursue investment and partnership opportunities that align with HandyPros’ growth objectives, presenting a compelling value proposition to potential investors.

    Networking and Partnerships

    • Industry Networks: Build and maintain strong relationships with industry leaders, stakeholders, and government officials to advocate for HandyPros and secure strategic advantages.
    • Partnership Development: Establish and nurture partnerships with corporations, educational institutions, and other relevant organizations to reinforce HandyPros’ market presence.

    Operational Oversight

    • Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and quality across all service delivery areas, constantly seeking opportunities for improvement.
    • Training and Development: Ensure that all professionals adhere to the training standards set by HandyPros, enhancing their skills to meet industry demands and client expectations.

    Financial Stewardship

    • Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets to ensure financial sustainability and profitability.
    • Performance Monitoring: Analyze financial performance and operational metrics to guide decision-making and strategic planning.

    Customer and Employee Engagement

    • Customer Satisfaction: Foster a customer-centric culture, ensuring that services meet or exceed client expectations and maintaining high satisfaction levels.
    • Employee Empowerment: Lead initiatives that empower employees and professionals, providing them with the tools and resources needed for success.

    Safety and Compliance

    • Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and implement safety protocols to protect both employees and customers.
    • Trust and Verification: Maintain the integrity of the HandyPros vetting process, ensuring that all professionals are qualified and trustworthy.

    Reporting and Accountability

    • Stakeholder Communication: Regularly report to the board and stakeholders on company performance, strategic initiatives, and market opportunities.
    • Transparency: Ensure transparency in operations and financial reporting, fostering trust among stakeholders.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is preferred.
    • Minimum of 20years of leadership experience in a similar role, preferably in service delivery, technology, or start-up environments.
    • Proven track record of successfully driving revenue growth and operational excellence.
    • Established network within various industries and with government stakeholders.
    • Strong strategic and analytical skills; comfort with financial planning and analysis.

    • Superior leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and engage employees and stakeholders.
    • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, capable of influencing and advocating at all levels.
