Job Description
- Attending Customer Complaints both walkin Customer and Online.
- Booking of Job order Card for devices/ Products and updating on Computer System.
- Relating to Customers for Quotation for nonwarranty, Pickup and products Status.
- Relating with Dealers as respect to Customer product information.
- Daily Updating and reporting of Cashup Of Nonwarranty
- Daily Updating and reporting of devices and products received and dispatched
- Liaise with the technician on device and product allocation.
- Collating and reporting of devices and products from Courier partner.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree, HND, NCE with 2 - 4 years of experience.
