Responsibilities

• Administrative Tasks: They may perform tasks like filing, data entry, photocopying, and managing correspondence.
• Maintaining Reception Area: Ensuring the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable is also a key responsibility.
• Providing Information: They provide general information about the organization and its services to visitors and callers.
• Handling Mail and Deliveries: Receptionists often receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages.
• Other Duties: They may assist with tasks like travel arrangements, managing office supplies, and coordinating with other departments.
• Greeting and Assisting Visitors: Receptionists warmly welcome guests, answer inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
• Answering and Screening Calls: They manage incoming calls, screen them, and forward them to the correct recipient, often taking messages when necessary.
• Scheduling Appointments: Receptionists often handle appointment scheduling for meetings, interviews, or other events.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an HND / OND / Bachelor's Degree with relevant experience.
