    Receptionist

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team.
    • As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing excellent customer service and administrative support.
    • The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask efficiently.
    • This candidate must have studied Secretarial Administration or another relevant course.

    Responsibilities

    • Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and friendly manner.
    • Answer phone calls, screen and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
    • Handle inquiries and provide information to clients and visitors.
    • Manage the reception area, including maintaining cleanliness and organization.
    • Schedule appointments and meetings as requested.
    • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
    • Receive and sort mail and deliveries.
    • Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory.
    • Ensure security procedures are followed for visitor access.
    • Provide general administrative support to staff as needed.

    Requirements

    • Interested candidates should possess a minimum of an OND qualification with a minimum of 3 years of work experience.
    • Candidates living within Ogba or its environs will have an advantage.
