Job Description

• Responsible for Recruiting, training, coaching, mentoring and retention of team members and overseeing day-to-day operations.
• Creating and implementing policies and procedures that will build up the team and ensure optimum utilization of resources
• Ensuring that all company policies, rules, and regulations are being observed and recommending changes when necessary
• Providing leadership, coaching, counseling, and motivation to team members in order to assist them in meeting their sales objectives
• Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and translate business strategies to the team
• To conduct regular sales meetings, translate business strategies and ensure monthly target for the team is met.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• BA / B.Sc / HND in Marketing or any related discipline
• 3 - 5 years experience in real estate/marketing
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
• Possess strong negotiating and transactional skills
• Problem-solving and decision
• Must reside within Lekki-Ajah Sangotedo Axis
