Senior Mechanical Project Engineer at Consultant Collaborative Partnership LLP

Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare drawing list and project work plan.
• Assist the design and production teams, review engineering content with clients and partners, direct day-to-day departmental requirements, plan and assign work and establish performance objectives.
• Proactively lead constituted project teams and attend to all project administration and management works.
• Resolve technical issues and establish patterns and practices for the department.
• Respond in a courteous and prompt manner to all client questions, complaints and/or requests to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and escalate where necessary.
• Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments.
• Assist with conducting training needs analysis and departmental/individual training on quality service standards and statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Support Project Engineers on-site with relevant information as may be required for optimal performance on site.
• Act as the Firm’s Engineering expert and represent the Firm in contract negotiations.

Knowledge & Experience

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree
• Standard project management procedures
• MS Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint, AutoCad, Revit, Design softwares.Highlyskilled in Revit MEP, Plumbing, Firefighting, HVAC, STP, WTP, HAP Calculation hydraulic Calculation etc
• 7 years post graduation experience of which a minimum of 2 years should have been spent at a senior position handling similar responsibilities in a reputable organisation.
