The Real Estate Officer will deliver efficient and effective Property Marketing Strategy for properties in the company's portfolio with the aim of adding value and improving business performance of the company.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Profiling of properties for either sales or Letting using any Microsoft Office tool
• Uploading of properties on the company’s social media platforms
• Designing templates for property advert banners prior to printing
• Marketing of properties in our portfolio for letting or sales
• Scheduling of viewing of properties with prospective clients
• Sourcing of properties in order to meet client’s specification
• Valuation and all other duties in respect of Property Agency/Marketing that may be assigned to you
• Prepare inventory schedules before and after letting/sales of property
• Conduct pre and post vacation inspections with clients
• Ability to use Powerpoint/Corel draw would be an added advantage
