They are seeking a detail-oriented and commercially savvy Quantity Surveyor to manage the financial and contractual aspects of construction projects, ensuring delivery within budget and in line with quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities (BOQs).
Review tender documents and manage contracts.
Monitor project costs, variations, and cash flow.
Prepare interim and final payment certificates.
Produce financial reports and cost forecasts (CVRs).
Support procurement and negotiate with suppliers/subcontractors.
Maintain accurate financial records and provide cost advice.
Attend site meetings and liaise with project teams and clients.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
3–5 years’ relevant experience in construction or real estate.
Strong knowledge of contracts and procurement processes.
Proficiency in QS software and Microsoft Office.
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Professional accreditation (e.g., MRICS, AIQS) is an advantage.
