    Quantity Surveyor

    Requirements

    • B.Sc or HND in Quantity surveying or any related course.
    • Minimum of 3 years work experience in construction management or any related field.
    • Related professional courses will be added advantage.
    • Price / forecast the cost of different materials.
    • Prepare documents, bills, and contracts.
    • Track changes in designs and other constructions
    • Liaise with contractors
    • Pay subcontractors.
    • Write reports etc.
