Quality Control Supervisor at Jaykay Group

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control policies and procedures
• Train and supervise staff to ensure they follow established quality control processes
• Collaborate with other departments to identify areas for process improvement
• Review product specifications and make recommendations for improvements
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
• Monitor production processes to identify areas where defects may occur and implement corrective actions
• Investigate product quality concerns and implement solutions to prevent future issues
• Track and report on quality control metrics, including product defect rates and inspection completion rates

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
• Prior experience in quality control, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills
• Familiarity with industry regulations and quality control standards
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
