Quality Control Superintendent at Sales Force Consulting

​​​​​​Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming raw materials, including plastic resins, colorants, and hardware (hinges, latches).
• Monitor rotational molding or injection molding processes for defects.
• Test finished plastic coolers and flasks for structural strength, thermal retention, and seal integrity.
• Reject products that fail to meet company standards and document reasons for rejection.
• Supervise daily activities of the QC team across shifts.
• Train new inspectors on testing methods and safety protocols.
• Schedule staff shifts to ensure continuous quality coverage during production.
• Analyze defect data to identify root causes of manufacturing issues.
• Collaborate with production engineers to resolve machine errors or mold defects.
• Update quality control procedures to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Ensure products comply with industry standards and consumer safety laws.
• Maintain clear records of test results, inspections, and customer complaints.
• Prepare daily and monthly quality reports for upper management.

Qualifications & Experience

• B.Eng. / HND in Engineering or Natural Sciences.
• Minimum of 8 years of practical experience, with at least 5 years obtained within manufacturing companies.

Skill Set:

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proven leadership skills.

Benefits
